Sukrin Icing can also be used for baking, just like Sukrin. The sweetness is the same, only Sukrin Icing has a slightly larger volume. A cup of Sukrin weighs 90 grams, while a cup of Sukrin Icing weighs about 70 grams.
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
2. Mix the contents of the bag with 400 ml of water (milk, yoghurt, or cream can be used instead of water).
3. Let the mixture rest for about five minutes.
4. Form a loaf or smaller rolls with damp hands and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Do not use a baking pan when preparing the protein bread.
5. Bake the whole loaf for about 60 min, or the small loaves for 20 to 25 min in the oven at 175°C.
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
2. Pour the contents of the package into a bowl and add 4 eggs, 150 ml water and 100 ml oil.
3. Beat the batter until smooth and add an aroma to the mix in the meantime.
5. Pour the mix into a greased and lined metal or silicone mold of your choice.
6 .Bake the cake mix for 35 minutes at 175°C.
Note: the baking time may vary per oven. Always pierce the cake with a wooden stick before removing it from the oven. If the cake sticks to the stick, bake the cake longer until the mix no longer sticks to the stick.
